I’m totally disappointed that I didn’t look up reviews before contacting this company. The work was already being done before a price was even given to me. I had 2 burrows of carpenter bees in my patio. From my research removal should be $75-$400 for that service. The work was already done when a second gentleman came to deliver the price tag. $695! He brought it down to $595 but that’s all he could do. I’m sick to my stomach that the price wasn’t presented PRIOR to service and also upset at myself for not asking before their arrival. I was more so happy that they were coming so quickly which made me let me guard down.

We had a small bee hive near the front of our yard, they told us that it was just at the new stage and not much had started yet. This was removed in less than 5 minute and then they charged $700 for the service. I had asked for a quote prior and they told us they needed to see what was going on before they could provide this. I am disappointed in myself for not asking for the quote again before they started to treat. They also were not thrilled to answer any questions that my husband was asking. I would not recommend this company. Go with someone else.

We were totally taken advantage of. We had bees under a shipping container and the truck to move it was attached. Bee Hive was under the container and when the truck started to move it, they went wide. We called a few companies but only Mountain View was able to get there. Too bad for us. They totally took advantage of the situation. The service person made a weeks wages on us.
