Back in December of 2023, I was stricken with very intense waves of pain and prolonged base line pain in what I would later learn was an issue with my pelvic floor. I went to several doctors and even a holistic care center, and none of them could figure it out. Right around Christmas, I went looking for answers when the medical world could not explain what I was experiencing. My choice for physical therapy! And Andrea, she is wonderful! I graduated today but should I need PT again, you can bet I am going to Vital Care, located between Ray's Pizza and the Albertsons on Route 60 in Surprise, Arizona.
I attended the West Valley Birth Expo in the fall and met Amy & the team there. I’ve been so intimidated by the idea of pelvic PT but as a mom, knew I needed some help going into having my second baby. I immediately felt comfortable with Amy and she took the time to chat through things with me while showing me the facility. In every appointment I’ve had with Amy, she respects what I’m comfortable with and takes the time to explain the reasons behind why we are doing certain exercises.
