We had a major problem with this place. After paying their fee (which was almost $40 more than the original quote), plus a tip, we discovered the vehicle had several areas that had been untouched by the detail tech! And when I tried to contact them, to get them to fix the issue, NOTHING! I emailed, called, filled out a contact sheet on their site, nothing! They are not interested in me, since I already paid! It was not that great, after he was done with the job, there was still dirt on the carpets i had to tell him multiple times to go back and vacuum. Also there were just too many spots that were dirty and unless i told him to clean, he would not do it, he just wanted to finish the job as fast as possible without much detail.Service: Auto detailing

I can recommend Jesse and Mobile Detailing Phoenix without reservation. I bought a used Kia Soul that the dealership did not disclose had horrible cigarette odor and instead masked the smell by using an odor bomb, which worked for a week before wearing off. He is thorough and knowledgeable and doesn’t cut corners just to get the job done quickly. Steam and upholstery extraction does wonders if you take your time and don’t rush it. He even came back a week later and did a quick retreatment at no additional cost when I told him there was still about 5 percent odor remaining. Thanks, Jesse.
