Very good customer service. Everyone who works there makes you feel very welcomed and treats you like a friend and always gives tips to make your hair healthier when needed which is good.
Kierlan is nothing short of amazing! The pics will tell all! She listened to my wants/needs and explained every detail in the process! You can tell she loves her job and cares about her clients! Thank you for making me feel like a million bucks!
I've only been twice, so this rating may improve to 5 stars over the next few appointments. I am letting my hair grow out, from a fairly tight "business type" cut, and Kierlan is guiding the process. So far, it is trimming and shaping, and lessons on styling, as the hair is growing out. I am uncertain if I'm going to keep letting it grow, and will decide after my next appointment. So far, however, I am very pleased with Kierlan's guidance. The shop is busy, clean, professional and friendly. Parking can be a challenge, with lots of shops nearby.
