Wes contacted us within minutes of our search for a patio remodel and came the next day for a bid. His bid was fair, he quoted us 2 weeks for all the work to be done and if we hadn't received a broken fan, no fault on the contractor the project would have been completed 4 days early even after we added additional work after they got started. Everyone that came to the house to do work the electrician the drywaller the roofer etc. were very professional and great. Wes or John came everyday to make sure everything was handled and if we had any issues they were addressed. I will hire them again for any future construction needs. We highly recommend them

After several estimates for a new in-law apartment, I interviewed Wes at MGM. He gave me a very fair bid for the detailed work order. He and his main crew of Freiman and Eduardo, completed this major project right on time as promised, upgraded components and installation of a very fine in-law apartment we are extremely happy with. M.G.M put new siding on our house as well as new paint. They also installed a new front door and repaired the facia. The painters and carpenters did a fantastic job on the house! The entire crew was very skilled in their trades. I appreciated the small details the workers did on the job. The workers did an excellent job cleaning up when they were finished. Wes quoted us a great price, and he was helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend using M.G.M Unlimited Construction.
