I have been taking Pilates with Jenn for over two years. She is the best teacher I have ever had. She makes the classes fun and challenging. I knew Pilates was good for my body but, as an added benefit, I am driving the golf ball further than I ever imagined! My friends are amazed at the extra distance I have experienced and asked me if I have been taking more golf lessons. I simply gave credit to the one person that made the difference in my golf game - Jenn!! Thank you, you deserve all the credit!

Since working with Jenn, my attitude about myself, my body, and my relationship with food has begun to shift. I look forward to my conversations with Jenn. She is supportive and empathetic with an incredible ability to listen, and for the first time in a long time, I feel heard and acknowledged.
