Family owned studio with great customer support, the staff is very kind and attentive to your needs. I needed photos in digital format with specific requirements from my school and eveything went smooth, photos accepted right away. I recommend this studio for personalized attention. I work in downtown Phoenix and needed to get a passport photo quickly over my lunchbreak. I had some options closer to my work, but didn't want to deal with trying to find a place to park, which is not easy downtown. I took a chance and drove over to Lola Photographic Studio on McDowell. There was one gentleman ahead of me, but otherwise the place was empty. The young lady working in the office was so sweet and took multiple photos for me to choose from, and also made recommendations on which one was the best to submit. I recommend Lola photo Studio to anyone who needs professional photo done. Many thanks to Alex and his photographer for taking my passport pictures. I took several pictures at different places and they did not met the criteria to process my passport. Alex listen to the problem I was having with the other pictures and he worked with me. I now have my new passport in hand. Thanks again Alex
