“My old flip key fob from a previous owner snapped in half the day prior and I had resorted to using pliers to turn on my car while my sister would turn the key fob to simulate the key not being broken and the car to turn on. I came in on November 28th, Thanksgiving Eve, and after calling I got a speedy estimate and price of only $100 for a 2013 Chevy Sonic's newly programed key fob with a new cut key for it, as my old one snapped off and its buttons wouldn't even work because of water damage from the previous owners. I was serviced by two pretty and welcoming ladies who got me in very quickly despite it being only one hour before their close, and it was Thanksgiving Eve too! They were so nice and even told me I could zelle to avoid the credit card fee and were looking out for me! One of the very nice ladies also offered to change the battery on the old one for me to have a spare key in case of an emergency, and put it in a little plastic bag to not lose the snapped off metal flip key as well! I was quoted 245$ by a place in Tempe and then a sketchier place for 120$, but after receiving such quick service and quotes over the phone as well as their reputable reviews I knew I had to come here! They are very quick, affordable, and provide great service. I was finally able to unlock and lock my car with a key fob after the board being water damaged and just completely unfixable, as well as the metal snapping off, but with their help I don't have to use pliers to turn on my car anymore like a madman lol!“

Let me clarify as to why…

It’s just before midnight on a Sunday and I am locked out of my residence after returning home from traveling. We set up an emergency appointment and I am introduced to my support, his name is Guy. It was a deadbolt needing to be unlocked and the last thing I wanted to do was drill out to put a new one on. So, he took to the task of trying with all he had (physically and in his toolbox) to get the door unlocked. He even had some tricks up his sleeve to see if those tactics would do the trick. In the end, the locks strong-armed us, leaving the only option of drilling and replacing.

BUT, he didn’t JUST put on a new lock and call it (despite it being 12:30 am on Monday now)…Guy is a perfectionist and clearly takes pride in his work to ensure a job well done. He ensured everything was in line where it should be, doing a bit of custom work to assure that everything is as secure as possible. He even went a step further and rescrewed and leveled the door on the hinges.

I’m writing this 20 minutes after the job being done. It is currently 1:15 am on Monday morning. And, from what I heard, Guy has to get up in less than 5 hours to get back to doing a great job for the rest of their customers.

We will be customers as long as we’re local. Big thanks to the owner for setting up our appointment over the phone, and especially to Guy, who went above and beyond probably anyone else in his position.
