Aaron is my go to inspector! As a realtor you need someone who you can trust. He is thorough, quick to respond, easy to understand when explaining things, will answer additional questions after the inspector is over. No clients complaints!
I am a local real estate agent here in the phx are and I have been using Liberty Inspections for over 3 years now I believe, if not more. They probably get 80% of my clients business upfront bc of their timeliness and prices.They retain my referals because i have had nothing but satisfied clients when serviced by this inspection company. I have not had a single issue arise from something the inspector didnt do.Aaron is beyond professional, thorough, and knowledgable. He knows what to look for and when to suggest further evaluations.I will continue to refer my clients this way in the future ....for sure!
