I am a renter in a 55+ community. I had a partial power outage in my home and after trying to reset the breakers the problem still existed. The property manager contacted Kortman Electric to send someone out. Ariel was very thorough and found out the problem was a bit more serious than I thought. A couple of wires in an outlet came loose in the wire nut they were connected with. The wire nut and the outlet showed signs of burning from the wires arcing. It was decided that all of the outlets should be replaced for safety reasons. John was sent to replace all of the outlets and did a great job. John was awesome. He came in to fix some lighting at Mattress Firm while I was working there as well - and was fantastic with any customers that he came into contact with, and always drew a smile from them. Full of positive energy - he’s got a great balance of personality & professionalism, does quality work, and most importantly he makes it happen efficiently. Highly recommend him for any job you have! We need more people like John in this industry. Thanks a bunch!
