We have used Kingco since 2007 for all our HVAC and Evap Cooler needs.The service has been excellent (both customer service and the service on the units!). They did a great job today inspecting our old system, and doing minor repairs for a fair price. We've been customers for 8 years. Their technicians know what they are doing, and I think they are on salary and don't get bonus for selling new systems, like some of our previous companies did. They are great!

I have used Kingco for 10 years and I have always appreciated the professionalism of the technicians who come to my house and the people who take the call to set up the appt. They got me scheduled to fix my a/c that quit working unexpectedly the same day and the tech was great. He kept me informed of what was going on and what upfront costs would be. They honored a warranty I didn't even know I had, but because they are professionals they maintained the records from the original install and took care of me.
