Mike was fantastic, extremely thorough, and very informative at every step in the inspection. We just hit our one-year on a new build, and per the recommendation of our agent, reached out to King Home Inspection. The prices were more than fair, and they were out within 2 days. The process from arrival to departure took no more than 1.5 - 2 hours, and that was due to luck on our part with the home being in great condition. He was able to identify some things for me that I otherwise would not have known about or known to look for in the first place. I highly recommend King Home Inspection for your next check-up, they're very quick and thorough.

Our inspection and customer service was very thorough and well done. We had a concern about something that may have been missed and they called us back immediately to sort it out. Ended up being something on our end that we didn’t understand, but they were more than willing to look through the report and explain everything to us earning an easy 5 stars!
