Kinesphere has highly skilled instructors who focus on alignment and form. Their build up to more difficult exercise levels is deliberate and thoughtful. I have experienced reduced joint pain at the site of old injuries as a result of improved alignment and more efficient joint function.
I came to Kinesphere for a 2 day movement workshop in February and it was awesome! Everyone was super nice and very knowledgeable. I plan on revisiting this studio many times in the future. They are clean, friendly, and offer a great variety of services. Thank you guys for a kick-butt workshop and for future awesomeness.
