I love the doctors at this facility and I love Lorie who runs that place top-notch however, the people that are in the front who answer the phone are the most uncaring and uneducated little twat I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with! If they got new front vet, tech and phone people, I would recommend this place 100% to anybody with an animal.

Upon my first visit, I wasn't even acknowledged by the two employees at the front desk for several minutes as they chatted. I took my cat in for vaccinations, she was examined, they did blood work and a fecal test that I took in the following day and I was charged over $350. She did not get any vaccinations. I waited over a week for test results and finally called the office. The next afternoon, I missed a return call from them, but called them back within the hour. The Dr had left early, and they could not read me the results, but they promised he would call me the next day. Not hearing from him by 2 pm, I called the office and they had closed at 12:30 for the rest of the day, even though their hours are posted til 6:00 on Fridays. So, I'm nervously awaiting the results over the weekend. And I'm still actively looking for a vet that has decent weekday hours and the courtesy to make sure all of his messages are answered before he leaves for the weekend!

If you want experienced, compassionate Dr's and staff. Look no further. Ive been taking my Great Danes here for over 12 years. VERY reasonable pricing and they're open late some days and Saturdays.
