Everyone at Kaizen was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The work was excellent and the customer service is top notch. Our vehicle was ready ahead of schedule and we didn't have to bring the vehicle back for any issues afterwards. Definitely recommend Kaizen.
They treat people with professionalism and respect. They keep you informed every step of the way. The are quality-minded and made me aware of flaws on parts sent from the vendors and returned the said parts back to vendor in exchange for a more qualified part.
