She was efficient, competent, and kind - she even offered to wait for me if I ran late coming to sign the paperwork, and she didn’t even know that the reason I might’ve been late was because I was spending time with my mother who we just found out is dying. My experience was great! Vanessa Lopez was so kind, patient, friendly and answered all my questions Lol! She made me comfortable with small talk as (I tend to get a little social anxiety), I love conversation with a friendly face. She deserves 5 stars and a raise!
