Had an emergency preventing me from completing a PC build for my nephew that I needed to get done in the next couple days (Surprise Bday gift) and my AIO mounting screw snapped off, so I couldn’t properly secure it to the motherboard.
I called in and spoke to Lewis. I simply asked if there were any extra mounting screws for the model I had that I could buy. He suggested I come-in with one of the screws so he could check. I did and sure enough, he not only found one but he was kind enough to give it to me for free. THAT’S excellent customer service right there!

“With Cox's migrating support for its "@cox.net" email accounts to Yahoo, it became necessary to have my Outlook email application configuration modified accordingly. It was not an intuitive configuration, but Nick did some investigation of the exact configuration necessary and then modified my Outlook within a couple days of my request. About two weeks later, when my Outlook configuration somehow became corrupted, he was booked solidly for about 3 days, but took the time to text me the necessary steps to correct the situation. In addition to Nick's overall competence, his rates are very reasonable, and unlike some computer techs I've dealt with over the years, he doesn't do things the way he prefers, but rather listened to my rationale and configured my Yahoo email as a POP3 interface rather than the more powerful IMAP configuration. I'm old and have used POP3 for decades, so changing my ways isn't high on my list of things to do, and Nick respected my wishes.“

I just built my first pc and was having some performance issues. I tried everything I could online and nothing was working. I gave Ross a call and immediately was helpful. He had me drop off the pc with him and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He determined it was a bad motherboard and I asked if he could replace it with another motherboard I brought him and he was kind enough to help me out even more. My pc is now running perfectly all thanks to Ross! If you have any problems with your pc or laptop, Ross is the man to come to.

“UPDATE! January 2019: Josh, the manager and Dan, the laptop technician, worked hard to ensure they resolved all of my issues in a timely manner.December 2018: The people are kind enough. However, I have taken my laptop to this location two times in the past 6 months and have not been happy at all with the repairs made. I first brought it in for a screen replacement. A few days later, the same issue occurred. I brought it in again and they completely replaced the screen (as evidenced by the lack of stickers). Unfortunately, when the technicians replaced the screen, they managed to put the keyboard on improperly and I cannot get it to adhere properly. It was a mistake to bring my laptop to this location.“

“I called Scott at Geeks in Phoenix after a previous computer company did a lot of work on my computer because I was getting BSOD almost every day, and they basically didn't fix anything. Scott ran a diagnostic on my computer and noticed the fan was not cooling the compter well enough.
