I was referred to Ironwood by a friend who said I would love it. She was right! I was new to yoga and wasn't sure what I could do. I started with Yin and Restorative and was amazed at how different I started to feel in the first month. I almost can't believe it's been a year now. Thank you Leah and everyone at Ironwood! ?

I have been going to Ironwood for almost 3 years now. I can honestly say that this place has changed me both physically (down 30 lbs) and more importantly mentally. The owner Leah is so supportive of your progress, every teacher is super caring and knowledgeable, and the community of people that make up Ironwood truly make it such a special place to be a part of. I feel so lucky to have this amazing studio walking distance from my house. Come check it out....you won't be sorry!

I recently turned to yoga for deep stretching and strengthening. What I discovered is that it's so much more than that. For 95 minutes I'm in the moment calming my mind while challenging my body. Ironwood studio staff are kind and welcoming. The instructors are fantastic...bringing expertise, support and encouragement to every class. The studio offers a variety of classes and cool challenges that motivate and deepen your experience. I highly recommend this place and plan on bringing friends to try it out this month.
