An air conditioning / heating company with integrity is as huge a find as an honest automotive sale / service place. We were having issues with our nearly 8 year old Trane 20i heat pump system. It still has over 2 years warranty on everything and 4 years on the compressor, except labor. When we bought the system from ANOTHER COMPANY 8 years ago in May we caught them in several outright lies and unfulfilled promises. Nonetheless, since they installed our system I called them for the warranty work. Long story short: They performed $800 worth of work which they told me twice there would be no charge if it didn’t work. It didn’t work. They then told me the system needed a new motherboard and even though the part was under warranty I would have to pay $1500 labor to install it. When I asked what happens to the $800 work they did I was told I will have to now pay an additional $1200 for that in addition to the $1500 to put in the motherboard. He stormed out of our house saying his boss was demanding $1200 for the $800 work he did already. That is after reassuring me there would be no charge if it didn’t work. I inquired of two of my sons about who I could call that I can trust. They both gave me the same name... INTEGRITY A/C and Heating !! I had heard of them before. Integrity was here yesterday. For the cost of a customary trip charge plus 1 1/2 hour labor charge my system is up and running. No parts needed. No lies. Just honesty and integrity. THANK YOU ADRIAN! We are now having Bryan design a better ducting system to our Arizona and laundry rooms as the previous company left us with a non working system. If you need air conditioning and/or heating work here in the Greater Phoenix Metro area I highly recommend you track them down and have them out to do your work.
They are very honest and look for ways to save their customers money!
