Comfortable, clean and modern facility. The provider was knowledgeable and listens to concerns. Price is a little high for weekly and not knowledgeable of current insurance requirements for testosterone for my personal situation. I did research and found a doctor that accepts insurance for visits and I actually qualified for insurance covered testosterone injections with UHC. This place is great, just not for me.
The staff here are super friendly! I love getting out of the house just to come see these lovely people. Well also to get my HRT lol. We are moving to a different state and are so sad to leave these guys. Thank you identity for helping me become my true self!
Identity is such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere! I’ve been interviewing to work here and did some shadowing. The interview process is very intensive because they care so much about who they hire, and want the clinic to be represented by a knowledgeable, respectful individual who supports the queer community. All the clients I saw during my time there were super happy with their appointments, and talked to staff members like they were close friends. I’m so excited to hopefully start working there!
