Raymond Gonzalez just completed the maintenance of our Carrier HVAC system. Ray was very pleasant, polite, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. He answered any and all questions I had very satisfactorily. He left our home cleaner than he found it and I am so happy Howard Air insures to keep top quality technicians in the field. Thank you for an excellent job Ray and Howard Air.
Isaac was AMAZING. He text me prior to arrival and showed up right on time. I really appreciate that he took the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of what he checked for and answered all of my questions. He is incredibly knowledgable and good at explaining things in the simplest of terms. I hope I get Issac for my check-up inspectiosn every year. Thank you sir!
Howard Air has gone above and beyond, from the moment we called them for an estimate through the installation. The system that was installed was done with precision and they made sure I was satisfied with every step of the process. I’m certainly glad that we made the switch to Howard Air.
