Hilton Financial is by far one of the most thorough lenders I’ve had the pleasure of working with these past two years. They do not cut corners, [BUT] they do possess an entrepreneurial approach toward accommodating the financial needs of developers. That has been my experience.
Their staff has ALWAYS been available to take my calls or respond to my email and/or text in response to questions I may have regarding a transaction. This is a rare quality when it comes to lenders.
