I showed up 40 mins before they closed on Sunday needing a mani and pedi for a wedding. The ladies took care of me.they offered me a beverage Any services I would need regardless if they closed late.They did an excellent job I will definitely return.
Cleanliness: Very clean establishment with brand new high end relaxing chairs all new tools on each client.
I was giving a gift card for Herbal nails and spa Arcadia, so decided to give them a visit. Had a pedicure and a manicure (new set gel polish). I gave them 3 stars because my pedicure was good. Did not get the dead skin off the side of my heels but the bottom was smooth. But the manicure would only get 1 star. The tech did not push back my cuticle, didn’t cut off dead skin around nail beds and the nails are very thick. The nails are not painted all the way on the sides of my nails. I should have said something but didn’t want to complain in front on the gift giver. Cool place but could not recommend.
First time at this salon they wanted to charge me 20 for gel on my toes 5 extra for French tip so I got no gel they said their Chandler store is different but I know the Chandler store they didn't charge me 20$ extra for gel on my toes. I hate going to a salon that constantly tries to upsell you on everything the minute you walk in the door a nail spa should be relaxing you shouldn't have to haggle over prices it takes all the joy out of the experience. Owner took off the 5 dollar charge for the French tip ty!
