Fantastic customer service! Had some scheduling challenges but both sides were flexible. They removed. 4 large palm trees, one over 30 feet planted in an elevated planter, in about an hour.

Had a competitively priced quote, but ultimately went with them because they were the only company who seemed confident in their ability to use a crane to remove a dead pine tree in the backyard without us having to take down our shade sail nearby. Initial experience wasn't great because they called off job until the following week, but they were able to quickly remove the pine tree as promised without any additional work on our part, so it was worth the wait.

This is a reliable and professional tree removal company. They have all the necessary equipment, run by skilled workers, and I think the price is right. They've sure done an excellent job for me! I've used them twice ... 1) had my front-yard Jacaranda removed by a crane and the stump ground down ... 2) my back-yard Palo Verde blew down during a storm--had it cut into pieces and carried to wood grinder truck. When finished, they clean up the area nicely. I highly recommend Hayward Tree Service.
