We were in need of a new AC Heat Pump unit, and did our due diligence by meeting with four different local contractors: after our individual meetings and other research, it was a VERY easy decision to go with Hays.
Aaron was our lead sales and operational associate and was truly EXCEPTIONAL! He was always professional, supportive, educational, and absolutely made sure we bought the proper unit for our home. We've used Hays for our cooling and plumbing needs for a couple of years. I'm writing this review today because of the "above and beyond" service we got from our service technician Anthony.
It's 107 outside right now and our air conditioning started blowing warm air this afternoon. We called Hays since they installed these units before we bought the house and have maintained them since.
Hays was able to have a technician here within an hour. Anthony came earlier than we expected, was extremely friendly even though it's hot and gross outside and after 5pm, and had the cold air blowing within 30 minutes... read full review
It's nearly unheard of these days to get the kind of service we received with Hays! We tried several options, including plumbers we had used before, and not even a call back. Hays was recommended by a friend, we called, and they showed up several HOURS later - not DAYS! Jason B. was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to fix issues that he easily could have said, "I'll have to come back to finish." Absolutely made our day and week! We'll be using Hays from now on.
