The loctitian, Madison, is highly praised by clients for her great energy, easy-going attitude, and skill in making others look and feel their best. She has competed in and placed in several hair shows. The salon's parking situation has been a problem for some clients, however, it is important to note that the towing company was hired by the uniform store next door, not Hair Pollution. The city has parking available on the south side of McDowell for those having trouble finding a spot. Overall, Hair Pollution, particularly Madison, receives positive reviews for their services.
