I was checked in initially by Cindy. Cindy straight out declined to service me for shampoo. Cindy made me go home to wash off my hair coloring layer that I had applied before coming in. When I arrived back, Cindy straight out passed me for service and sent me to another stylist. The other stylist, Dina, was beyond incredible. Dina not only provided me a great cut, but she also ensured that her service was done in the most gentle, customer satisfaction center oriented and timely efficient. I will be back to request Dina for service. Cindy, thank you for passing me because as a result of it I now have a preferred stylist at your store location and it is not you!

I do not remember the stylist"s name but she has cut my hair before. I was hoping the waitlist was in my favor and she was next up for me! always a very detailed haircut and she's a very nice person. I scored once again.Service: Haircut
