Lance from George Brazil HVAC was absolutely fantastic. He arrived promptly and quickly identified the problem with my HVAC system. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and honest about what was going on with my unit. I'm incredibly impressed with his service and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of HVAC assistance.
We recently purchased a house in December of 2023 and experienced some electrical issues with our son's playroom. We had an electrician from George Brazil come out the previous weekend to quote us for $1000 to fix a breaker to fix the outlets in our son's playroom. At the same time, we also experienced concerns regarding our aluminum and copper wiring from the seller. Tony came out early in the morning to check on these issues. He did a great job of listening and talking me through potential hazards and areas of concern we should address immediately without causing a panic. I called George Brazil when my AC stopped running. It was a Friday after 5pm. Someone answered right away and said we’ll have someone out to you between 7-11pm. I was so happy just to have someone come see what the problem was and hopefully fix it. My mother is 90 years old and she lives with me. George Brazil was very sensitive to my situation and the scheduler empathized with me. Andrew, the technician, came out and assessed the problem and said that the motor blew but he’d be back the next day with more news. The good news was that the part was still under warranty.
