The phone etiquette was very unprofessional. Phoenix is a large city with hundreds of salons. I would recommend going to a business where you will be appreciated and treated the right way.

I’ve went to fly girls before because I used to get my hair done by a great stylist there I left because that stylist was no longer there. This is my first time returning after two years to get my nails done by a nail tech at the boutique unprofessional is an understatement. The nail tech was very unprofessional. Her workspace was very dirty filthy. Also, I contacted the nail tech prior to my appointment. She advised me of two different prices. She couldn’t even advise me of what her actual price was. Scheduled an appt with Gabbi. A nail tech I go to from time to time. Been going for a few yrs but always get turned off by the contant unprofessionalism. Gabbi does decent work but will schedule an appt & not show up. This is a norm for her. Not sure why this shop has always been so unprofessional but its highly disgusting. They Will be quick to take your deposit only to be late ALMOST EVERYTIME then when not late they’ll have you waiting for almost an hour for the previous client to be done.
