Sr. Flores, I have received a letter about your company. You installed an AC unit in my house in 2016, and since then your company has been coming every year to do the tune ups. I'm heartbroken that your company is not going to continue in this business, it is very hard to find a honest company like yours. I'm not sure what company to use now...

Simply phenomenal. Flores Air Conditioning was a pleasure to do business with. We purchased our first home 2 years ago, and had problems with the existing heat pump from the start. After limping through 2 summers, suffering from insanely high electric bills and even higher repair bills, we knew that we simply could not afford another summer with that unit, and that it also would not last another summer. We had estimates from 5 different companies in a matter of days, and as soon as Miguel came by to give his estimate, our minds were made up. What to expect: Fast appointment Easy to schedule Friendly reception- after just 2 phone calls, Brenda and I were on a first-name-basis No Frills! YES! Skip all of the sales presentations, Flores gets right down to it without wasting time. Not to mention, that Flores gave us the best offer for a complete replacement and earliest scheduling as well. Today, 2 days after the initial estimate, we are feeling great about our decision to hire Miguel's company to do the replacement. This is just a hands-down, good company to do business with. I am very, very glad that I found them and feel good about having made an investment with them. They were so professional throughout the entire job and kept the work area impeccably clean (they even went out of their way to clear my dead weeds from my walkway... oops) Thank you to everyone at Flores Air Conditioning for making this a simple, seamless transaction.
