My daughter and I have been going to this location for about 2 years now. We drive from far just to come see the staff!! We are extremely happy with our waxer, Savannah, as she is always very caring and friendly!! Let's not forget the receptionists!! All are very nice and friendly!!!!! I recommend to anyone looking for a waxing service, big or small :)

Raven was excellent! She made me feel super at ease, and was so quick and professional. I would definitely recommend her to anyone—especially if it’s been a while since your last wax.

I love being a model for European wax center they have the greatest workers and they are so professional! I just saw Matt at the PHX Arcadia location and everything went smoothly and it didn’t hurt at all!
