I contacted Ersland Touch from a referral from a co-worker. I moved into a rental property several months ago and I just haven't had the time or interest in devoting a lot of energy in landscaping and maintenance, so I wanted someone to come out and just do it all for me; proverbially hitting the 'reset button'. I contacted them on Monday, asking for a quote and also asked if they could squeeze me in this week as I have a gathering at my place this weekend and wanted the place to look nice. The quote was VERY reasonable and they were able to come out on the Thursday after the Monday I spoke with them. Also, I've had experiences in the past with landscaping companies; it's really nice they actually have someone that picks up the phone. Usually it's the owner's cell phone who is out on the jobsites all day and it's a constant game of voice-mail-tag. I also really like that they're a family company. The work they did was excellent; they addressed all of my concerns and even trimmed my olive tree which I didn't even realize needed some attention. Overall, this was a surprisingly positive experience and I'm really, really happy my co-worker recommended Ersland Touch. Thanks guys, great job!
