Buyer Beware!!! We have been waiting three weeks for our AC unit to be repaired. This is the contractor through American First Home Warranty. Contactor says American is suppose to order the part, where the American said they are waiting on the contractor. I asked the contractor for his contractors license, he got mad an said he will no longer repair. Read the other reviews. This place should be out of business or shutdown!Service: A/C system repair

My dad is a disabled Vet with serious health problems. His AC stopped working 2 months ago. The home warranty company sent out 3 different contractors. Elements was the last to come out. He said that we needed a new unit and as soon as the home warranty company approved the work he would be back to install it. That was 2 almost three weeks ago now. We talked to the home warranty company and it was approved 2 weeks ago but when we call Elements no one answers the phone and doesn't call back. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone! Non responsive to First American Home warranty work. Fails to pick up the phone or respond to voicemails. Will argue with the customer about when he feels like submitting the paperwork to the warranty company to get parts ordered for the job.This company is very unprofessional and extremely non- responsive.It’s a home based business that does very sub-par work and is less than a one star.
