Having suffered from chronic back pain for years, I have been looking for a long-term solution. A friend of mine suggested that I look into Egoscue; his doctor had recommended surgery for his joint pain but he decided to try Egoscue postural therapy first. The therapy resolved his pain and it had not returned, thus avoiding the need for surgery in his case. Given such a strong recommendation, I signed up for a therapy package. The people in the office were very friendly and helpful, and my therapist Liz guided me through a program that she modified each week in accordance to my body's responses to the exercises. I was amazed - I felt significant relief after the first session and the pain continued to subside with each week. I expected that I would get some relief and hoped that at least I could stop sleeping with the tennis ball and the numbness would go away. All that...read full review
My chiropractor recommended Egoscue Training for me to help with a weaker left side and leg due to using my body incorrectly. My Egoscue trainer was great. She carefully watched how I walked and moved and gave me specific exercises to help rebalance my body and to use it correctly. The exercises she gave me have helped me tremendously and I now can walk and move easily and pain free. This program will serve me well throughout my life and I am grateful for the help and support I received from my Egoscue trainer.
