Absolutely the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. We worked with Robert initially looking at a used Lexus but found a Camry that was better fit into our price range. Rob wasn't pushy or insistent on us buying the car now, he understood we needed to take time to talk it over to make our decision. We spoke with his manager John as well who was equally understanding and undemanding. Once we got home and had time to discuss, we called Rob and made the deal a little interesting. I had the pleasure of working with Jan Person this week. He was amazing! Very professional, low key, and friendly. I was dreading visiting a dealership due to past experiences with pushy, aggressive sales people and was so pleasantly surprised by the kindness, patience, and follow up. He will have me as a client when I'm ready for my next car!!
First luxury car buying experience. Can't see myself going anywhere else. Alfonso was amazing. I highly recommend going to see him. We were in and out in less than 1.5 hours after we made our purchase. It was the most low key and easy negotiation ever. No major back and forth. No dragging it out. Just a done deal. Love my Nx350h Premium. If you are in the market for a Lexus I recommend Alfonso and Earnhardt without a doubt.
