Used Dr Kelly's for my 2 cats. Have a 12-year-old girl who had a mass in her stomach in January. Took my 9-year-old boy for a dental the same time, they kept me updated during the surgeries, both were better priced than the regular vet. But they did great, and this month took the 12-year-old back for a dental, she had 14 teeth removed, she did great. very compassionate and professional. would definitely recommend. thank you dr. kellys.
Overall I had a positive experience with this vet service. Just FYI in order to book an appointment there is a $40 NONREFUNDABLE fee. The fee does go towards the surgery balance. I booked my appointment online and was later able to speak to a girl in the office before my dog's surgery. I told her that I wanted to confirm with her how much it was going to be upfront and that the pain meds were included. She said it would be $163 and yes the painkiller rx was included. The day of the surgery I dropped off my dog in the morning at 9:15am and I was asked if I wanted to include an IV during surgery for an additional $91 and that it would help my dog with the surgery and... read full review
There aren't enough words to brag about these guys. They aren't mobile anymore but when you walk in to check in, they greet you immediately. They're happy to see you and they get your pet back to the back in record time. We neutered a stray cat who has taken up residence in our backyard. He was done in 30 minutes! After he was in recovery for a little while, we were able to get him. Literally took 1 bike from the time we dropped him off picking him up was easy and flawless. No waiting there either.
