I am currently working with Dr. Kilcup on some health issues. He has been very helpful and responsive recommending red light treatment and hyperbaric oxygen treatment while I await some blood results. I found both treatments to improve sleep and attention span.
I had a great experience using the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy chamber at Dr. Kilcup's office. The staff was extremely proficient and made me feel at ease by explaining to me exactly what I could expect. They checked in on me frequently and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I was very relaxed while in the session, and even brought a book inside so I could just read and rest the whole time. Afterwards, I noticed a decrease in my shoulder and back pain as a result of the session, and will definitely return for further sessions.
I have been using the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy for the last few weeks and It has helped me so much. I struggle quite a bit with work related stress. When I'm in the chamber I feel completely relaxed, so much so that I can bring my laptop inside and work without stressing. The calmness I feel in the chamber lasts for the remainder of the day as well. I have found too, the more consistent I am with sessions throughout the week the better I feel. The office staff seems well trained in running the tanks too, so I feel safe. I see Dr. Kilcup as well for my brain and gut health.
