I highly recommend this company. They come out promptly and fix the problem. They do not overcharge extremely fair with their prices. I have had one unit replaced and no issues since 2022 and I’m going to have a second unit replaced. That’s very old this month.. The service technicians are very knowledgeable and polite. They come in and quickly solve the problem. They’re never pushy. and they always give you options to choose from that fit your budget.

Our A/C wouldn't stop blowing cold air and wouldn't respond to the thermostat. Two technicians took a couple of hours to finally diagnose the problem. The issue took an entire day to get repaired as it needed specialized parts. Technician Kirk was very knowledgeable, and experienced. His demeanor throughout the entire process was very professional and friendly. I highly command him as an asset to the Donley A/C company and would be proud to have him address all my A / C problems. I'm happy with the workmanship of the company and highly recommend them, especially Technician Kirk.
