I take my children to the dentist and I like it because they know how to treat children and be patient with them when they are nervous or scared.
Everyone there is very friendly and does a very good job.
Clinic and staff are great but... their portal? It's a$$. Seriously- doesn't work for much. Tried to update primary payer- unable to. Tried to send a message for med refills- says I need to provide where to send it and... there is no option. The portal records are lacking as well. It's literally the most useless patient portal ever.
I Take my sister to see the dental and primary care. They are always so kind to her and make her feel very welcome! Np Newberg in the primary care is very thorough and very kind and understanding! Dr. Young in the dental department was very great with explaining the treatment plan with me. Justin the hygienist is always so kind with my sister and very thorough with his cleanings.
