Not what I hoped for. I got a "notice that if the balance wasn't paid within 10 days a lien would be place on my house and I had 10 days to dispute discrepancies, they hadn't even began my roof. After waiting for a date for my project for 5wks I requested my deposit back. They found time for my roof, they left after 2 days with my roof incomplete, of course it rained then so I had to cover my roof. A week later they called me and they didn't realize my roof wasn't done. They came back and finished. They didn't replace the 10 sheets of plywood I signed for. I had my roof redone with Diversified roofing and couldn't have had a better experience. I want to personally thank Quinn, Payton, John Settle and everyone else for all their efforts. Great crew, I'm a truck driver and everytime I go here to get loaded they are on the ball. As soon as I arrive I back in and they already have the product waiting on the forklift to be loaded. I'm generally in and out of the yard under 1.5 hours including arriving, loading and strapping.
