We have used Diamondback many times. Called them late morning for a leaking toilet and they were at our house and had it fixed by mid afternoon. Eric was our service tech and he was professional, friendly, very experienced. Reasonable rates too.

They were prompt and thorough. Once the tech got back to the office I received an email within a rapid period of time that had a quote and a detailed inspection and service plan. They are actually waiting on us to decide and not us waiting on them.
