TLDR: great Dr., great communication, would go here again.I switched to Desert West halfway through my pregnancy as my initial OB told me they took my insurance, and didn't, plus their practice had you with different techs and never a Dr.Desert West were able to fit me in right away for my 20 week appointment and ultrasound which was all actually covered by my insurance.My experience with Desert West was fantastic, I was with Dr Zhang and she was absolutely fantastic, she answered any questions I had, kept me informed on what to expect and when I struggled to get in for an appointment she talked to the scheduler to get me in. I just moved here about 6 months ago from California & was recommended this place by a co-worker. I recently had my first OBGYN appointment here, I walked in & immediately was welcomed & helped, there was no wait & everyone was extremely friendly. My doctor, Dr. Brown is the best & I couldn't recommend her enough!!! She made me feel so comfortable & not awkward at all like most OBGYN appointments. I look forward to continuing to receive care here. :)
