Desert Oasis Cleaners reached out to us about cleaning our office building. Being an A/C Company summer is very busy. We heard from them 3 times, which was great. Even got an email with highlighted points! We finally found a good time to set an appointment for them to come by and look at the building to give us some pricing for an initial deep clean and start a bi-weekly cleaning service. Day of the appointment, no one showed up, no one called us. We tried to call the next day and never heard back.
I CANNOT get this company to stop calling me. I've asked at least 20 times to be removed from their mailing list. This would be the last place I'd hire if I needed cleaning. Their business practices are terrible.
Customer service was poor upon calling. Read specific Information about the services they offer but when called the guy just said we don’t do that... so I’m just letting you all know don’t waste time if your looking for an actual deep clean.
