My technician, Trey Hardimen was punctual, helpful and honest. Unfortunately, the Trane unit is only 2 years old. It was installed by Desert Diamond Mechanical and had a refrigerant leak. I called their office on Sunday and actually spoke with Crystal. She scheduled me for the next morning. Mykal also assisted me with confirming the appointment.
