Absolutely amazing and beyond our expectations! Not only was this our first drop-in daycare experience with our 4 year old Akita, but we are visiting Phoenix from out of state. The staff made us feel so at ease during our initial meet and greet, and were genuinely engaged and attentive to our needs and concerns. We dropped Kuma off the following day and he was greeted by the same familiar handler from his meet and greet. Kuma has to be kept separate from other dogs, so the supervision and one-on-one interaction definitely put him at ease. D Pets Arcadia is hands down the best place for my Apollo! From boarding to daycare, he always has a blast and can’t wait to return to spend time with the other pups and the amazing, attentive staff. What sets D Pets apart is their 24/7 care for boarding—the only one in the valley—and the daily updates with photos that let me see how Apollo is doing. It gives me such peace of mind knowing he’s in excellent hands while I’m away. I highly recommend D Pets Arcadia!

Jesse and his team are friendly, attentive, and professional. We feel very comfortable leaving our precious, geriatric pup here while we are away. They shared the most adorable pictures with us during her stay. Thank you for providing a safe and reliable space for our fur baby!
