We live out of town and this company was quick to respond and took amazing care when replacing multiple pieces of broken glass. They sent pictures of each piece as they replaced them. They went above and beyond! I highly recommend Crystal Clear View Glass!!

Been almost 6 months & not only do they not yet have the glass for our bathroom window replacement but it's been almost 2 months of not being able to get ahold of Evelyn or Rafael at Crystal View Glass. I've left multiple messages when I could if their voice mailbox wasn't full. However, they were quick to take our $1,000 deposit back in September 2022. It is now mid March 2023.Hope we don't have to take legal action but we may have to if we still don't get an answer from them one way or another in the next day or two.

I put a deposit on a shower glass June 1st 2022. It is March 5th 2023 and still have not had the installation. Dozens and dozens of unanswered or unreturned calls. I guess I should have read the other reviews about this company.
