Had an issue with the charge port on my iphone. Brought it in and it was just some dirt. They cleaned it out and it was much better. Let me know if I have further issues what the price would be to replace the charge port and that it's pretty easy and straight forward. Highly recommend due to helpfulness and professionalism.
My son and i went in Saturday. Roman assisted us and we couldn’t have had a better csr! He was knowledgeable or kind. His professionalism and abilities to help multiple people was more than impressive. Please consider any type of award or acknowledgment as it is more deserved thanni could ever express! Dropped my phone off just after CPR opened with a gentleman named Gabe. He let me know immediately that he already had several jobs scheduled ahead of me. But he said he was confident that he could have it done between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. and that he had the parts in stock.
It was ready between 3:00 and 5:00 and my 2-year-old phone works and looks like brand new!
They are lucky to have Gabe. I was completely happy and will be returning there for all of my phone needs. Easy 'Five Star' on this one!
