This agency is amazing hands down. If you’re looking for an agency who truly cares about their patients this is the one!!!The intake coordinator spent hours on the phone with my grandmother to reassure and answer all her questions. I do not live with her but, I am able to call and get updates of her care at any time. The intake coordinator is professional and compassionate. You will not be dissatisfied.

Covenant Home Health is dedicated to providing our patients with high-quality, compassionate home health care. We provide a full range of in-home care for seniors, including skilled nursing, recovery care, & supportive home health services. Our Coordinated & Transitional Care Services help support a successful transition home from the hospital or a move into a new community. We monitor any changes in the patient's health status & function. If the patient lives in a senior living community, we coordinate with their community's nursing team to ensure the best continuity of care. Once we receive a physician's orders, the patient's care starts within 24-48 hours (the same day if required for wound care, infusion, or g-tube).
