We already thought we were working with a good company based on reviews both online and from some friends that have used them. So when everything goes right it’s easy, but when they arrived to install the master closet and found the design had been measured wrong we really did test their abilities. Not only did they respond quickly, correct the error then come back to reinstall only a day later did we know we had made the right decision by working with Closets By Design. We could not have asked for a better resolution to the error and we now do not hesitate referring them to everyone.

Juan came to build my closet and laundry room shelving. He did a phenomenal job! He was very neat while working the project and efficient! I’m so happy to see my closet and laundry with all the extra storage space!
