I have been going to this office for over 20 years now. I have had 3 pregnancies with two live births and have seen Dr. Thompson now for several years for annual checks. They are always professional and friendly, and have some of the best staff around. Their phlebotomist has been there the entire time I've been going to this office! That's saying something. Close to the hospital and convenient to downtown, they've treated me well for many years.
The receptionist was friendly and professional, one thing that I would hope they would improve is the paperwork, if there were any changes in pt.'s demographics or medical history, then it would be necessary to complete the forms.
Dr. Thompson and her staff were very professional and answered any questions that I have and helps me to understand my concerns. I would definitely recommend her.
I am an Australian citizen travelling for an extended period of time through the USA whilst pregnant. My Australian obstetrician requested I obtain my 18-20 week anatomical ultrasound whilst travelling in the USA.
Staff at the centre were very professional and responsive to my request for an appointment and were clear regarding costs. Please note that I do not qualify for any healthcare assistance whilst in the USA and was a full fee paying patient.
